Yes! This DOE-funded website has been designed as a two-sided platform with the goal to connect Small and Medium size manufacturers with industrial energy efficiency experts from all fields. My name is Carlos Gamarra and I am the principal investigator at HARC for the Mission Integrator/Clearinghouse Manager role.
