**Description of the role:**

- Regular visits to small business to communicate the Energize CT Small Business Energy Advantage (SBEA) offering.
- Research past participation and high usage customers to determine most strategic outreach plan.
- Attend events or conduct small trainings on SBEA.
- Support the strategic planning of lead generation as communicated by team members.
- Train/educate customers on energy efficiency opportunities.

**Minimum qualifications:**

- Based in Connecticut.
- Experience in engaging with various community groups.
- Experience participating in Connecticut energy-related organizations or events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Access to internet.
- Self-starter who is highly detail-oriented, organized and goal-focused.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with co-workers in a virtual environment.
- Ability to appear professional on client calls and in-person meetings.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Background in energy-efficient technologies preferred, but not required.
